A lot of my clients complain of lower back pain and there are many causes of that but the main culprit is our sedentary lifestyles and sitting in chairs.  Our bodies will reinforce the positions we take the most often so with sitting our hamstring get tight to maintain the position for longer and longer periods of time.  The problem with this is that tight hamstrings pull on the lower back and hips.  So for this video I cover some myofascial release techniques you can do to help alleviate tight hamstrings.  This is something that goes great with a good hamstring stretching routine.  Check out my video below and let me know if you have any questions or requests for more videos.
