Here is a great home workout you can do with no equipment needed! I’ll be adding more and more of these over the coming months because its one of the top requests I get from clients.

The workout is as follows:

Here is a basic no equipment workout! Routine is done two ways

1st way: 25 reps on each exercise with 10-15 ft handfoot crawl down and back for 3 trips done between each exercise. Do the whole thing 2-3 times!

Way 2: 30 seconds on each exercise with 3 trips handfoot crawl between each set for 4-5 rounds total!
