In this video I cover a quick and easy meal you can make for your weekly meal prep or as a simple meal for the day. I used Seeds of Change Brown Basmati Rice, Simply Balanced Low Sodium Three Bean Blend, and Natural Sea Albacore Tuna for this meal. As discussed in the video you can change out the rice or the beans for something else such as an avocado or veggies if you are trying to cut down on carbs.
All of these ingredients I bought at Target and are organic. Don’t worry if you can’t find these exact brands just make sure they are good quality products. Enjoy!
