He truly cares about you and I am so Blessed to have him as my trainer. Steven is definitely the trainer to have for anyone that wants to achieve greatness in their fitness journey.”

Charlotte Simpson

“Steven Morales is by far the best trainer in Tulsa.  I have worked with many trainers in my life and never achieved the results like I have with Steven.   I am a 42 year old female.  I bench over 100 lbs and leg press 450 lbs.   No other trainer has taken me to the level that he has.  I am getting leaner all the time.  In 6 months I am down 50 lbs and 45 inches.  Those are dramatic changes.  He truly cares about his clients and encourages me to attain my goals and reach for the stars.  You can do anything you put your mind to.  I promise he will get the results you seek if you are willing to do your part.”

Diane Byram

“I’ve been with Steven for 3 years now and will never switch to another trainer. He has helped me get into shape beyond my expectations. He learns new ways to help me all the time. Best person, best trainer out there. I highly recommend and I have hired several.”

Frequently Asked Questions

What are No Show fees?
No Show fees are in place to insure clients are held accountable to making their sessions.  You have 24 hours to inform me you are not going to make a session and to reschedule that session otherwise you are charged for that session.  Now of course there are circumstances that come up which are not planned, such as loved ones getting sick, and I will not charge you for that (I’m not cruel) but this is geared more towards people who cancel because they forgot their session or didn’t “feel” like coming.
What is the Difference Between a Subscription or Session Package?
Session packages are used at your leisure, although typically structured, and is in place for people who go away on business a lot or are just starting out training.  This has a no show policy in place but you also always retain these session even if you have to take a hiatus for any reason.  A subscription model has no “no show” policy but you are held accountable to getting all of your sessions in for the month because after the month is over you are out of sessions even if you didn’t get all of your session in for the month.
What Forms of Payment Do You Accept?
I accept any major credit card, debit card, cash, or checks. You pay for the amount of sessions you want or for the subscription amount you want and then when you have used them all you can buy more. There are no contracts.
Where Are You Located?
I am currently train at Fast Fitness at 101st and Mingo in Monday thru Saturdays and Boss Fitness at 35th and Peoria in the morning on Tuesdays and Fridays.
Why Does Medical Exercise Cost More?
The Medical Exercise Specialist is trained to develop safe and effective conditioning programs for clients with musculoskeletal, cardiovascular, neurological or metabolic disorders. A Medical Exercise Specialist (MES) is a medical fitness professional who not only works with the typical client looking to improve their health and fitness level; but he or she also has the knowledge and skills to work with clients with a wide range of medical conditions.  Most clients are referred by medical professionals such as doctors, chiropractors, and physical therapists because the MES has the knowledge to manage the clients medical condition which a regular trainer does not.  This program is also called Post Rehab because the MES typically sees clients after the have been discharged from physical therapy or medical release so they can begin training to improve/manage the condition they have.  The MES program has muscle testing, programming, and exercises which are different than just personal training and it takes more time and energy to deliver this service which is why the cost is much higher.

[Note: The MES is not trained to offer any professional rehab services provided by licensed physical therapists, chiropractors, massage therapists and/or physicians.]
